How to remove packages in Sublime Text

I successfully installed the Package Control, but when I try to install a package SublimeText doesn't show the command Package Control: Install Package.

You then may need to install Package Control 4 manually. See: https://github.com/wbond/package_control/issues/1612.

Download and copy it to /Users/username/Library/Application Support/Sublime Text/Installed Packages Restart and you're good to go.

This will download the latest version of Package Control and verify it using public key cryptography. If an error occurs, use the manual method instead.
